           Nowadays TV channels have only been channels of breaking news. This is the reason people hate the modern news presentation style. And all of them have a news person whose people wait to come on TV and that person is Arnav Goswami.

           Arnav Goswami This name does not need any fame. Arnav Goswami is the Chief Editor and Majority Owner of the Republic TV News Channel today. The journey of Arnav Goswami to this place is very big and you will learn about it in this article.
          
            Arnav Goswami Goswami was born on 8 March 1963 in the city of Guwahati in Assam state. His grandfather Rajinikanth Goswami was a lawyer, National Congress Party leader, and freedom fighter. His father Manoranjan Goswami was a retired general. His mother Suprabha Goswami is a homemaker and writer.

            As his father was in the Army, his primary education was completed in different cities. He took the 10th board examination from Mount St. Mary's School Delhi. He took the 12th board examination from Kendriya Vidyalaya Jabalpur. Arnav did his Graduation in Sociology from Hindu College, Delhi. He did his master's degree in social anthropology from the University of Oxford's St. Antony's University (1994), where he has been a Felix scholar. In 2000, he was a visiting fellow in the International Studies Department at Sydney University of Cambridge, Sussex College, where he was a DC Powett Fellow. Arnav Goswami's wife's name is Pipi Goswami. They also have a son. He keeps visiting both Delhi and Mumbai.

         In 1956 he started his life as a journalist in The Telegraph News Paper but he did not like to work here and left the job within a year. Arnav Goswami then joined NDTV News Channel and worked as an anchor there as well as anchoring "News to Night" on DD METRO. He was soon inducted into the Coar Team of NV DT due to his good work. Being the news editor of NDTV 24x9, he was responsible for editing the entire channel episode. While at NDTV, Arnav Goswami conducted the "News Hour"  program from 1998 to 2003.

      In 2006, Arnav Goswami left NDTV and went to Times Now. People came to know him more after coming to Times Now. And after his arrival, Times Now became the most-watched channel in English in the country. Said that 80% of the revenue of Times Now was due to them. In view of this, he was awarded Editorial Director and Editor-in-Chief, making him the President-News and Editor-in-Chief of Times Now and ET Now.

      He has been the director of the country's largest news analysis program. Due to which Arnav Goswami Goswami was awarded the "Best News Anchor" award in 2007.
